Who we are

This website is run by SecureGrid (Pty) Ltd (registration 2026/375707/07), No 3 Watersedge, Eagles Landing, Hartebeespoort, North West, 0216. We are the responsible party for the details you give us here. Our Information Officer is Rozelda Beurens.

What we collect

Only what you type into the walkthrough form: your name, your firm, your role, your work email and your mobile number. If you email us, we have your email address and what you write.

This website sets no cookies and runs no trackers or advertising scripts. Like any website, its servers keep technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure. When you send the form, we also record the IP address and browser it came from, to stop abuse.

Why we collect it

To confirm your email address, reply to your request and arrange a walkthrough.
To keep a record of your enquiry, so whoever you speak to next knows the history.

We contact you about your request only. We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Where it is kept

Your enquiry is stored in SecureGrid's own platform, hosted on Microsoft Azure in South Africa. The email that confirms your address is sent through SendGrid, an email delivery service that processes it outside South Africa on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any agreement that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them or to delete them, and you can object to us using them. Email info@securegrid.co.za and we will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator at POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za (inforegulator.org.za).
